Valve balls are small but crucial components of your shisha. They are located in the check valve and ensure that you can use the smoke extractor - i.e. let excess smoke out of the bowl - without air flowing back into the shisha.

8mm or 10mm – which valve ball do I need?
Valve balls are available in two standard sizes:

8mm – For smaller valves, often found in compact shisha models
10mm – For larger valves, standard on many modern shishas
8mm & 10mm mix – You don’t know which one you need? The mix pack delivers both sizes

Tip: If the ball is too small, the valve will not seal. If it is too large, it blocks the valve channel. If in doubt, just take the mix pack!

When should I replace valve balls?
Plastic valve balls can become brittle or lose their roundness over time. If your valve no longer closes properly or is difficult to open, new valve balls are usually the cheapest solution.
