Shipping information
Here you will find all the information as well as an overview of the shipping costs for your order from us. You will see a display of your calculated shipping costs directly in the “checkout process”, as well as all possible shipping methods for your order.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL and is Free of charge from a shopping cart value of €70.
Shipments with a value of less than €70 will be subject to an additional shipping fee. You can find these in the checkout process and in the following list.

DHL: Free shipping, delivery time 1-2 working days
Value of goods under 70€:
DHL: 5,90€, delivery time 1-2 working days
Age verification for tobacco and nicotine products (DHL Ident-Check)
Tobacco products, shisha tobacco, nicotine-containing products, e-cigarettes and comparable age-restricted items are shipped in accordance with Section 10 of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG). exclusively to adults. These shipments are sent via DHL with the “Age check from 18” service (ident check) delivered.
What this means for you:
- It will be handed over personally to you or to an adult who is authorized to receive it.
- The DHL delivery person checks the age using a valid official photo ID (ID card, passport or driving license).
- Age-restricted shipments can be stored with a neighbor, in a parcel shop or at a desired storage location excluded.
- If you cannot be found during the delivery attempt, DHL will leave a notification and offer collection at a DHL branch with age verification.
If the age verification cannot be carried out successfully (e.g. the recipient is not of legal age or no identification document is available), the shipment will be returned to us. Additional costs for return shipping and redelivery may be charged to the purchaser.
When you order in our shop, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right not to execute orders where there are concrete indications that the purchaser is a minor.
International shipping
International shipping at HookahX.de is carried out via DHL. It is not possible to buy tobacco products and have them delivered outside of Germany.
International shipping costs:
DHL: 16,90€, delivery time depends on country

After shipping, you will receive tracking for every order by email as a “note” about your order.

Shipment arrived broken or not arrived at all?:
Our shipments are sent insured so that such a case can be resolved. Please note that we use the services of DHL and Deutsche Post as external service providers and do not have direct access to the system. If something goes wrong, we will try to clarify it as quickly as possible, but we are usually limited by the service provider's capacity.
If a shipment arrives destroyed, please keep everything: product(s), shipping box/bag, padding material.
It may be that these items have to be shown to the service provider afterwards.
If your package is delivered and is already visibly broken from the outside, open the shipment directly in front of the delivery person and have any possible damage acknowledged immediately.
