Shisha heads: phunnel and multi-hole
Among our Shisha heads you can choose between models from over 30 brands, made of clay, glazed or silicone. Smokebox, HMD and shisha without charcoal
Under Smokebox & HMD you’ll find smokeboxes made of stainless steel and aluminium as well as ready-made sets. How quickly will my order arrive?
Within Germany we ship with DHL, and your order reaches you in 1–2 working days. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you’ll receive the tracking number by email.
How much does shipping cost?
In Germany, shipping is free from 70 € order value; below that you pay 5,90 €. For deliveries abroad, the costs depend on the country and are shown at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay with PayPal, Klarna (including pay by invoice), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or by prepayment. With prepayment, we ship your order as soon as the money has arrived. More on this under Payment options.
Can I pay for shisha tobacco with PayPal?
Yes, you can also pay for orders containing shisha tobacco with PayPal. We explain exactly how it works in our guide Paying for shisha tobacco with PayPal.
From what age can I order shisha tobacco?
We only sell tobacco to customers aged 18 and over. DHL hands over parcels containing tobacco only on presentation of ID, to you or another adult, so they never end up with a neighbour or in a parcel shop. If you’re not at home, you collect your parcel from a DHL branch.
Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver shishas, heads, charcoal and accessories with DHL to 24 EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. You can see the shipping costs at checkout. We only deliver tobacco within Germany.
Can I return items?
Yes, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons; a short email to support@hookahx.de is enough. You pay for the return shipping yourself, and you get your money back including the shipping costs. Excluded are sealed items whose seal you have opened, for example opened tobacco, heads, bowls, shishas and electric smokeboxes. You can find all details in the Cancellation policy.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Get in touch with us – our parcels are insured. Please keep the product, box and packing material. If the parcel already looks damaged from the outside, open it in front of the delivery driver and have the damage confirmed.
Phunnel or multi-hole head: what’s the difference?
A phunnel has one central hole in a raised centre, a multi-hole head has several small holes in the bottom. We stock both designs: Phunnel heads and Multi-hole heads. You can read the detailed comparison in the guide Phunnel vs. multi-hole head, and you can find the right head with the Head Finder.
Which shisha is good for beginners?
To start with, a complete shisha that you can use right away is ideal, for example the Blade Mini. What matters when buying one is explained in our buying guide Which shisha to buy?. You can find all models under Shishas.
Can I smoke shisha without charcoal?
