For unused items you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving reasons. However, this does not apply to personalized products and other products that have been specially made for the buyer, which can no longer be resold.

Please check your order immediately for defects and damage, as we have no room for maneuver in cases that are reported too late.

Please note the following points when returning goods:

• We do not accept „freight collect“ shipments.
• Please use transport packaging that ensures that the items arrive as they were sent. Ideally, you should use the original shipping box with the corresponding packaging material.
• Please complete the following form first so that we can get in touch with you and avoid any unnecessary shipments. This will result in lower costs and avoid unnecessary strain on the environment.
