Are small air pockets or bubbles in the glass a defect?
No. With mouth-blown crystal glass, small air bubbles or fine streaks are not grounds for complaint - they are a natural feature of genuine handcraft. This applies to both Caesar Crystal and other hand-blown glass bowls and is not completely avoidable with glass, whether handmade or machine-made.
Which shishas does the bowl fit on?
On plug-in shishas with an inner diameter of approx. 4.5 cm on the dip tube. Thanks to its compact 21 cm, it is specially optimized for small and mini shishas. Make sure the bowl seal is suitable.
Is the bowl dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend hand washing with lukewarm water and mild detergent to preserve the crystal shine and fine cuts in the long term.
What is the difference between Frozen V and Frozen VI?
Both belong to the Caesar Crystal Frozen series with their characteristic spiked star cut. The Roman numerals indicate different model variants within this series. Frozen VI is this specific expression with sharply ground star tips placed all over.
How exactly is the purple colored?
The glass is very densely pigmented violet. In the shadows or against a dark background it appears almost black; As soon as light falls through the cuts, the violet pigment shines through. Pictures may show the tone slightly different.
