Notes on care and production
To permanently protect the shiny silver decorations on the outside, you should only gently wipe the outside of the bowl with lukewarm water and a very soft cloth. Avoid using scratching sponges or strong cleaners on the painted surface. Since the finishing of the glasses is partly done by hand, minimal deviations in the pattern, small air pockets or fine irregularities in the paint are completely normal and are not grounds for complaint. The bowl owns no Screw or click system and is only plugged in.

Will my pipe fit on this glass?
Yes, the bowl has a standardized inner diameter of approx. 45 mm. With a suitable rubber seal (lamella seal), almost any standard plug-in pipe can be fitted easily and absolutely tightly.
What is the best way to clean the bowl without damaging the pattern?
You can clean the inside normally with water and shisha cleaner. However, you should only use lukewarm water and a very soft cloth for the outside so as not to rub or scratch the delicate silver ornaments.
Are small bubbles or lines in the glass a defect?
No, small air pockets, slight streaks or pressed seams are completely normal during the production of thick shisha glasses and do not represent a quality defect.
How do I determine the optimal water level with opaque glass?
Since the black glass is opaque, it's best to measure the amount of water you need with a measuring cup before the session or feel your way. The dip tube should ideally be approx. 1.5 to 2 cm deep in the water.
