Food-safe silicone
The high-quality silicone is tasteless, heat-resistant up to approx. 230 °C and soft enough that ceramic heads do not scratch. At the same time, the mat is heavy and non-slip - it doesn't shift even when you quickly build your head or mix.
Dishwasher safe & durable
After the session, put it in the dishwasher or rinse it briefly under warm water - done. A 15-minute vinegar bath helps with tobacco discoloration. The silicone remains elastic for years, does not yellow and does not become brittle even with heavy use.

Why do I need a drying mat?
When building a head, mixing tobacco and cleaning a shisha, some molasses, water or tobacco juice always drips - the drip mat protects your table from this. At the same time, you have a non-slip, clean work surface on which your head and tools lie safely.
What material is the mat made of?
Food grade silicone. Neutral in taste, heat-resistant up to approx. 230 °C, soft enough that nothing is scratched - and firm enough that the mat lies non-slip on the table.
Is the mat dishwasher safe?
Yes. After the session, simply place it in the dishwasher or rinse with warm water and mild detergent. A quick vinegar bath (soak for about 15 minutes) helps with tobacco discoloration.
What size is the mat?
Approx. 30 × 20 cm — the standard size for relaxed work. Fits on coffee tables, bar counters or shelves next to the shisha.
Can I put hot coal on the mat?
Yes for a short time up to approx. 200 °C, but not recommended. For hot coals, it is better to use the HX wind protection charcoal grid - the draining mat is primarily a work surface, not a coal shelf.
