Is the Kaloud Lotus 1+ compatible with my head?
Yes, the Lotus 1+ Niris fits most commercially available shisha heads, including phunnel and multi-hole heads.
How many coals fit inside?
Depending on the setup and charcoal size, you can use up to three charcoals at the same time. Two 26 or 27 natural coals are recommended as standard.
How do you regulate the heat?
You can control the heat using the rotating lid: open for medium heat, closed for maximum heat. Without the lid, the heat is more gentle.
Is aluminum foil still necessary?
No. The Kaloud Lotus 1+ completely replaces the aluminum foil. Simply place coals in the smokebox and place on the head.
How do I clean the Lotus properly?
After cooling down, rinse with water. If heavily soiled, the lotus can also be soaked or cleaned with a soft brush.
