The Rubber head gasket in white is the basic consumable of every shisha session. It reliably seals the connection between the tobacco head and the smoke column, ensures clean drawing resistance and prevents air leakage when drawing. Without an intact seal, the quality of smoke suffers noticeably - with it the shisha runs as it should.
High quality natural rubber
The seal is made of real rubber - heat-resistant up to approx. 200 °C, tasteless and free of plasticizers. This means it is perfectly designed for direct contact with the hot tobacco head.
Universal fit for standard shisha heads
The inner diameter fits most standard shisha bowls (approx. 19-22mm). Whether phunnel, multi-hole head or killer bowl - the elastic rubber structure is easy to pull on and then fits tightly.
Change regularly - important for good sessions
Rubber ages when exposed to heat. If you use your shisha regularly, we recommend replacing the seal every 3-6 months - at the latest when it becomes brittle, cracks or no longer seals the bowl properly. For little money you can immediately have optimal smoking quality again.

Why do I need a rubber head gasket?
The seal is placed between the tobacco head and the smoke column. It ensures a tight connection, prevents drafts when drawing and thus ensures clean drawing resistance and full smoke. Without a functioning seal, the draw is soft and smoke production suffers.
Which head diameters fit?
The seal is suitable for common standard heads (inner diameter approx. 19-22 mm). Its elastic structure means it fits most multi-hole, phunnel and killer bowls.
How long does a rubber seal last?
With regular use approx. 3-6 months. As soon as it becomes brittle, cracks or no longer seals, replace it - it's not worth the risk for €1.
Rubber or silicone — which is better?
Rubber is more traditional, cheaper, tasteless and heat-resistant up to approx. 200 °C. Silicone lasts longer and up to 250 °C, but is more expensive. In most cases, rubber is sufficient for classic shisha use.
Is the seal heat-resistant?
Yes. High-quality natural rubber is heat-resistant up to approx. 200 °C. The shisha head typically reaches 150-180°C - so the seal is within its safe range.
How do I clean the seal?
After the session, rinse briefly with warm water. Do not use soap or detergents — rubber can absorb residue which then affects the taste.
