💡 Tip: The same applies to 2-connection shishas: If only one hose is used, the second connection should be closed. Many models have ball valves or sealing caps included in the scope of delivery.

If you regularly smoke with a second person, definitely yes. Both can move independently without having to wait for each other. For solo smokers, a 1-connection shisha is completely sufficient.

Do I need additional accessories?

You will need a second silicone hose and possibly a mouthpiece. Some models already include a second hose - check the product description.

Does a 2-pipe shisha use more tobacco than a 1-pipe hookah?

Not necessarily. Tobacco consumption depends on the bowl and the coal, not the number of connections. However, with two smokers at the same time, the session tends to be shorter as more air flows through the tobacco.
