Features & Properties
- Vandenberg Phunnel Head (Midnight Blue): Handmade in Germany, made from robust clay and fired at high temperatures - making it particularly heat-resistant and durable.
- Phunnel design with central opening prevents molasses from running into the shisha shaft and ensures clean taste.
- Optimal tobacco intake of approx. 18-20g - perfect for longer sessions or smoking with friends.
- Bosskopp Smokebox (Heat Management Device): Ensures even heat distribution and makes it easier to control the coals - ideal when used with a phunnel head.
- Compatible with all common shishas and tobacco types
- Simple tobacco and head structure
Why this bundle?
The combination of Vandenberg Phunnel head and Bosskopp Smokebox combines function and comfort. You get:
- Maximum control over heat and smoke
- Clean, intense taste without molasses problems
- Longevity and high-quality workmanship — ideal for regular sessions
- Flexibility in tobacco choice and smoking style (solo or with friends)
Recommended Usage & Tips
Fill the tobacco loosely into the phunnel so that it reaches just below the edge without completely covering the central “phunnel”. Use the smokebox to optimally manage the heat - especially with damp tobacco, this ensures a consistent, long-lasting experience. The Phunnel style is particularly advantageous for dark-leaf or dark blend tobacco.
After the session, simply clean the head and smokebox with warm water - this way your setup stays intact for longer and doesn't acquire its own flavor, which can taste stale.
Who is this bundle ideal for?
– Shisha beginners who are looking for a simple and reliable solution
– Experienced smokers who value taste, smoke development and ease of use
– Anyone who smokes regularly and wants a long-lasting, high-quality setup and wants to save a few euros with this offer set

How do I care for the Vandenberg V4 Set Midnight Blue?
After the session, rinse the Vandenberg V4 Set Midnight Blue with warm water. Burnt-in tobacco residue can be removed with a steel sponge; the fired glaze is scratch-resistant and will not be damaged.
Does the Vandenberg V4 set fit all shishas?
Yes, the opening in the base fits all standard shisha mouthpieces with 18/8 and 19/26 grinds. Use a head gasket if necessary.
How much tobacco do I need for the Vandenberg V4 Set?
The Vandenberg V4 Set depot holds 12-16g of tobacco for sessions of 60-90 minutes. The V1 is about 30-40 percent more fuel efficient than standard Phunnel heads.
Is the Vandenberg suitable for Virginia and dark blend tobacco?
Yes, both work great. Virginia tobaccos develop dense smoke due to the even heat distribution, dark blend tobaccos benefit from stable heat management.
What is special about the color midnight blue?
The midnight blue glaze is an independent color variant in the Vandenberg range. Each head is individually hand-glazed - small unique pieces from a German manufacturer.
Where is the Vandenberg made?
The Vandenberg is made entirely in Germany and hand-glazed. Each head goes through individual quality controls.
