How long do I have to smoke?
Give the stainless steel 3-5 minutes to absorb the temperature. It takes longer than aluminum, but holds the heat better.
Can I clean it with steel wool?
We do not recommend this for the black version to avoid scratching the coating. Warm water and a brush are sufficient.
Will a lid fit?
No, the Babushka is designed as an open system. The heat storage is so high that no lid is required.
