What makes the SWAY Onyx special?
The SWAY Onyx is the matt black version of the SWAY Base line - modern, minimalist design, uncompromising stainless steel, with magnetic hose connection and vertical blow-out technology. Scandinavian-clean instead of classic-oriental.
What is included in the scope of delivery?
Smoke column (matt black), stainless steel plate (190 mm), mouthpiece, magnetically connected silicone hose, bowl seal set and integrated diffuser.
How big is the SWAY Onyx?
Total height 49.8 cm — classic lounge height. Plate diameter 190 mm, dip tube diameter 13 mm.
Which material is used?
Stainless steel for the smoke column and all internal components, technical polyacetal on the base. Heat-resistant matt black powder coating exterior.
What is the magnetic hose connector?
Instead of a classic screw thread, the hose is docked to the column using a magnet. This makes the connection faster and avoids wear on the thread. Completely airtight despite the magnet.
What is vertical blow-out technology?
Instead of using a classic horizontal blow-off mechanism, the SWAY Onyx has a vertical blow-off system - the smoke is directed out of the column more evenly and without a sudden build-up of pressure.
Does the SWAY Onyx have a diffuser?
Yes, integrated diffuser on the dip tube for quiet, gentle draw.
Which tobacco bowl fits?
All standard phunnels and multi-hole heads via the dip tube connection (13 mm).
Which bowl fits underneath?
Any standard bowl with a normal neck opening - plug-in system without screw thread.
What color variants are there?
The SWAY Base line comes in five colors: Onyx (matte black, this model), Titan (anthracite-grey), Cream (creamy white), Cosmic Orange and Biscuit (sand beige). All share the identical technical structure.
Is the SWAY Onyx suitable for beginners?
Very good. The magnetic connection makes assembly particularly intuitive; the complete set is ready to use straight away. All you need is bowl, tobacco and coal.
How do I care for the matt black powder coating?
Only with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Never use scouring pads or harsh solvents - the powder coating is high quality but sensitive to scratches.
