Amotion Roam – Cosmic

The Amotion Roam Cosmic is a pocket-sized travel shisha: 15.8 cm high, weighing 1,169 g and without a single glass part. Cosmic is the Roam in dark purple - the soft-touch surface of the body has the color, the lid and hose connection are black powder-coated. It is intended for everyone who wants to pack their shisha in their backpack without transporting a glass bowl.

Technically, the Roam is a closed body with a stainless steel core into which the water is filled via a magnetic lid. The hose comes into the base at the bottom, the head connection is above the lid, and Amotion has installed a blow-off. It is delivered pre-assembled - put water in, put the head on, plug in the hose.

Design & workmanship: Cosmic in dark purple

Cosmic is a dark, slightly aubergine-colored purple. It lies on the soft-touch surface that Amotion uses for the Roam: matt, velvety to the touch and, according to the manufacturer, designed to keep out dirt and scratches and provide a secure grip. The cover, the cone of the head connection and the powder-coated hose connection are black. The hexagonal AMOTION emblem in dark blue sits at the front, while the lettering runs vertically across the body on the side.

The shape is simple: a cylindrical body that widens into a wider base in the lower third. The hose connection is located in this base, with a built-in silicone pad underneath. Amotion justifies the stand with three points - the stainless steel core weighing just under 1.2 kg, the deep hose connection and the non-slip base. This corresponds to what makes a shisha stable: center of gravity, footprint and the position at which the hose pulls.

Structure & functionality

The Roam does not have a bowl that is plugged or screwed. The water and smoke chambers are located in the body and are closed at the top with a magnetic lid. To fill, remove the lid, add 60-65 ml of water and put it back on. The tobacco head goes on the cone at the top of the lid, the hose is inserted into the base at the bottom.

The blow-off is the feature that Amotion highlights on the Roam: When blown out, the smoke slides down the body and spreads across the table. Because the Roam is delivered 100% pre-assembled, there is no need to put it together; The only things missing from the box are the water, head, hose and mouthpiece.

Roam, FUTR or Doppler?

The Roam is Amotion's smallest model. The Amotion FUTR adopts their soft-touch material, but at 43 cm it is a medium-sized shisha with 2.9 kg, plug-in glass bowl and hose, mouthpiece and seals in the box. The Amotion Doppler is even larger at 52 cm and has two connections, the second of which is used for blowing out. The Roam is the choice when weight, pack size and lack of glass matter; For a fixed location at home, FUTR and Doppler are the larger alternatives.

Who is the Roam Cosmic suitable for?

For everyone who wants to take a shisha with them: to the park, to the lake, on vacation or to friends. Without glass, there is no risk of breakage during transport, and with a diameter of 11.3 cm it fits in a daypack. It is uncomplicated for beginners because nothing needs to be assembled; However, it requires a close look at the small amount of water. Cosmic suits you if you want color that is not loud. Care & water level

Stick to 60-65 ml. If the water level is too high, water can be pushed into the bowl when blowing out - a well-known issue with compact travel shishas and not a defect. After smoking, pour the water over the magnetic lid and rinse the body with clean water.

Wipe the soft-touch surface with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, hard sponges and the dishwasher - the coating is robust, but not metal. Check the seals regularly and replace them if necessary so that the head and hose fit tightly.

That's why the Roam Cosmic is the right choice

• Pack size: 15.8 cm high, 11.3 cm diameter, 1,169 g.

• Status: Stainless steel core, hose connection at the bottom of the base, silicone base.
• Blow-Off: Smoke runs down the body when blowing out.
