Vandenberg V1 Phunnel Gold Antique

The Vandenberg V1 Phunnel Gold Antique is the original design of the Vandenberg family: a classic one-hole phunnel made of densely fired clay, handmade, hand-glazed and individually tested in the Vandenberg factory in Germany. The structured Reactive glaze has a matt metallic gold-bronze antique look with a warm patina character.

Its crucial character is the forgiving phunnel design with around 15-18 g depot: The central, raised single hole keeps the molasses in the depot, releases the heat evenly and delivers constant smoke for longer. Design & workmanship: antique gold

The glaze in Antique Gold is matt metallic instead of reflective: a warm gold-bronze tone with a visible patina structure that looks elegant and reserved and harmonizes particularly well with brass components and dark setups. The haptic surface structure also makes the antique look tangible.

Because the glaze is applied using the reactive process, each head has a slightly individual mottling and its own color gradient - making each specimen a handmade unique piece. Care & Cleaning

After the session, rinse your head with warm water, if necessary with a little dishwashing liquid. The glaze is sealed and does not absorb any flavors, so you can change the type at any time. If tobacco residue is stuck, soak the head briefly and then run a brush through it.

Important: no dishwasher and no aggressive or abrasive cleaners - both of which damage the glaze. The sound itself is long-term stable and can easily withstand many sessions.
