Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Wavy Yellow Shisha
You rarely see yellow on shishas, and here it doesn't come as a paint surface but as a wave relief in the acrylic/epoxy resin sleeve on silver stainless steel. Below sits the satin frosted bowl, 26.5 cm tall and 21.5 cm at its widest point. As the Lounge version, the Varity has one hose connection, assembled it comes to approx. 52 cm and approx. 4.1 kg. Separable dip tube and separable smoke column mean you determine the build and thus your own draw resistance. Suited for solo sessions and rounds of two.
With the Wavy Yellow sleeve, Moze translates the boldest shade in the Varity line into acrylic/epoxy resin with a wave structure — not a smooth coat of color, but a relief that runs the full length of the sleeve. The configuration determines the glass: Frosted means a satin-finished bowl instead of a clear one, otherwise nothing changes compared to the Clear version.
As a lounge setup, the Varity comes with a base with one hose connection. Assembled it reaches about 52 cm at about 4.1 kg, the material trio is stainless steel, glass and acrylic/epoxy resin. It's delivered as a complete shisha with smoke column, charcoal plate, the Frosted Bowl and the seals.
Design & Finish: Wavy Yellow on Silver
The yellow sits in the sleeve's resin and is broken up by the wave structure: where the relief runs higher, the tone appears lighter, in the recesses it looks denser. Because the base, smoke column, and charcoal plate are done in natural silver, this color block stands alone and isn't accompanied by any further colored surfaces.
The frosted bowl glass underneath brings the second texture into play. It's thick-walled, starts at 21.5 cm wide and tapers into a very long, narrow neck — a silhouette that visually draws the eye upward toward the yellow sleeve instead of competing with it.

Individually adjustable draw
The sentence Moze uses to explain the series is: "Because both the dip tube and the smoke column are individually detachable, you decide for yourself how your Varity feels when you smoke it.“ The range mentioned is between a more direct draw and a softer pull. The manufacturer deliberately doesn't fix which setup lands where — that stays your field to experiment in.
The rest of the shisha follows the same logic: smoke column, dip tube, sleeve, charcoal plate, diffuser and blow-off ring are separate components. Extension segments are available for the smoke column and dip tube, letting you lengthen the column and use a longer sleeve. Instead of a fixed, predefined device, you get a modular system you can rebuild over time.
The Moze Varity Lounge Silver Frosted Bowl color variants at a glance
Technically the variants are on par, the decision comes down to the sleeve alone:
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Original Black Shisha – black POM sleeve as a calm counterpoint to the silver.
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Silver Steel Shisha – fully stainless steel, without colored sleeve.
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Wavy Blue Shisha – blue resin with the same wave structure.
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Wavy Frosted Shisha – wave sleeve in a subdued frosted tone.
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Wavy Mint Shisha – mint green version of the resin sleeve.
- Moze Varity Lounge Silver – Frosted Bowl – Wavy Pink Shisha – rosé-colored resin with wave relief.
Lounge or Squad? The comparison
The dividing line runs solely through the base: one hose connection on the Lounge, four on the Squad. Smoke column, dip tube, diffuser, blow-off ring, charcoal plate as well as dimensions and weight are the same on both models. On the Squad you simply close off connections you don't need, that's the intended operation and not a quality difference between the models.
For configurations you can choose between the Clear Bowl with clear glass, this Frosted Bowl with satin-finished glass, or the smoke column set. Clear and Frosted are the same size and differ only visually; the smoke column set comes without a bowl, measures approx. 49 cm and weighs approx. 2.2 kg.
Perfect accessories for your Varity
- Hoses – for the one lounge connection you need exactly one.
- Phunnel tobacco heads – a tobacco head is not included with the shisha.
- Attachments & HMDs – keep the heat constant over the session.
- Natural charcoal – fits on the 19 cm plate.
- Shisha tobacco – you decide on the flavor separately from the hardware.
Who is this Varity suitable for?
One hose connection means: the Lounge is built for you alone or for a second person. If you regularly smoke in a larger group, go for the Squad base within the series with four connections — technically you still get the same shisha.
The yellow sleeve is aimed at anyone who wants a clear color statement while keeping stainless steel as the frame. And because the setup can be changed via the divisible components, the Varity is especially interesting for people who don't just want to use their hardware but also touch it and rebuild it.
Care & construction
Cleaning stays simplest if you run warm water and a brush over smoke column, dip tube and bowl shortly after the session. Abrasive or aggressive cleaners have no place on satin-finished glass, resin sleeve or stainless steel. After that: let everything dry well before putting the parts back together.
Check the seals before assembly — if they sit cleanly and are undamaged, the shisha is airtight. Since the diffuser, charcoal plate and blow-off ring are separate components, you can remove, clean and replace them individually as needed.
That's why this Varity is the right choice
- Smoke column and dip tube divisible: the draw resistance depends on your setup, not on a factory default.
- Complete shisha including 19 cm charcoal plate, satin Frosted Bowl and seals.
- According to Moze, accepts both push-fit and screw bowls, keeping a later bowl swap open.
- Blow-off ring as a separate component, positionable in two ways depending on setup.
- Moze offers individual parts like sleeve, smoke column, dip tube, diffuser and charcoal plate separately.
- Wavy Yellow as the boldest color of the series, paired with stainless steel in natural silver.
Small inclusions like air bubbles in the handmade bowl glass can't be fully avoided due to the manufacturing process and are not grounds for a complaint. The same applies to slight color deviations from the product image and to differences in the height of the bowl base.

Does every bowl fit the Varity Lounge, or only the one included?
Included is the frosted Moze Varity Bowl Frosted, which is screwed on via the adapter. Moze also explicitly designs the Varity for both push-fit and screw bowls, so you can switch to a different glass later. For push-fit bowls, Moze offers a separately available push-fit bowl adapter; the brand's models are built for the usual 45 mm push-fit bowls.
What are the exact dimensions of the shisha?
With the bowl it's approx. 52 cm in height and approx. 4.1 kg in weight. The bowl itself is 26.5 cm tall, 21.5 cm at its widest point, and has a neck opening of 4.2 cm, 7 cm with the adapter. On top of that, there's a 12 mm inner diameter in the dip tube, 11 mm in the smoke column, and a charcoal plate measuring 19 cm.
What's included in the scope of delivery?
Rauchsäule, Kohleteller mit 19 cm, die Frosted-Bowl und die Dichtungen. Plane diese Teile beim Erstkauf gleich mit ein.
How does the blow-off on the Varity work?
On the Varity, the blow-off is its own ring and therefore a replaceable component. It works with balls, 7 mm at the base and 11 mm at the hose adapter. Depending on the setup, it can be placed in two positions, either up under the charcoal plate or down at the base.
How do I change the draw?
About the setup: the dip tube and smoke column are splittable, so you combine the segments to your own taste. Moze describes the range as a more direct draw and a softer pull, without assigning a fixed result to any particular combination. For the smoke column there are also extension segments that let you lengthen it.
What's the difference between Lounge and Squad?
Only in the base, and therefore in the number of hose connections: one for the Lounge, four for the Squad. All other parts as well as height and weight are identical. The Lounge is enough for sessions alone or for two, the Squad base is the right choice for bigger rounds.
Clear, Frosted, or smoke column set – what's the difference?
Clear and Frosted differ only in the glass, clear versus satin, with the same dimensions and the same weight. Both come with a bowl and come in at approx. 52 cm and approx. 4.1 kg. The smoke column set is delivered without a bowl, measures approx. 49 cm and weighs approx. 2.2 kg, so you choose the bowl yourself.
Is the Varity a good choice as your first own shisha?
It comes as a complete shisha with bowl, charcoal plate and seals and works in the standard setup as delivered, without you having to deal with its modularity at all. To get started you'll still need hose, mouthpiece, tobacco head, charcoal, tongs and HMD. If you want to experiment later, the modular system leaves plenty of room to grow.
How do I keep the sleeve, glass and stainless steel clean?
Warm water and a suitable brush are enough, ideally right after the session. You should skip aggressive and abrasive agents, as they take a toll on the satin-finished glass, the resin sleeve, and the stainless steel surface. Afterward let all parts dry thoroughly and briefly check the seals.
